Ordered this kit for a friend in mid july, as of about 10/1 it had not been recieved, I e-mailed the company to ask what the delay was. They promptly responded, saying that there had been an unknown problem and would quickly resend the item. In about two weeks they send me a message saying the item was shipped. Mistakes happen, we're all human, and I do appreciate them responding and taking care of this, I will order from this company again.
On to the kit, packaging was first rate as always, no broken or misshapped pieces, nice kit for a recast with only the usual minor and easily fixed imperfections. When my friens completes it maybe he will give me some more info to post, but thats on him. His only complaint was that the kit doesn't come with any hair, either molded or separate, and no recommendations on what to use(Barbie hair, etc), I guess we're left up to our own to resolve this.
