1. General information
All supplies, sales or achievements exclusively take place on basis following sales and of terms of delivery.  By these conditions deviating regulations, in particular also trading conditions of the buyer, become effective only by our written confirmation. All offers are not-binding and noncommittal, if differently does not agree. Any data to certain goods on our part, which are based on obvious or provable mistake, do not obligate us. Data such as illustrations, descriptions, data regarding usefulness of individual devices for certain targeted applications are only approximately determining, except them are expressly as obligatory designated. Small deviations from the description of the offer are considered as authorized and do not affect not the fulfilment of the purchase, if the deviations for the buyer are reasonable.  Verbal agreements have validity only if these are confirmed in writing by us.
2. Delivery time
Usually can be proceeded from a maximum delivery time from 2-3 weeks to payment entrance. All data for this are however noncommittal, however after possibility are kept. Favourable prices can be ensured in particular within the hardware range only by a small storekeeping. Events of higher force, in addition strikes belong in the own enterprise or in strange enterprises, on which we are dependent by material purchase, as well as lockouts, war etc. entitle us to withdraw from the contract or postpone its fulfilment. Requirements for compensation of each kind are impossible in these cases.
3. Retention of title
Supplied commodity remains up to the complete payment, also upon resale, our property.
4. Passage of the risk / supply
The danger turns into on the buyer, as soon as the transmission was handed over to the enterprise implementing transport. We reserve ourselves the right to partial deliveries.
5. Notice of defect / guarantee / warranty
The orderer commits himself, possible lack or objections immediately after receipt of the commodity to make in writing valid at the latest however after 7 days and before possible subsequent treatment for the supplier opposite. For supplies with part or total defect we carry replacement out in perfect execution or in supply of wrong articles credit note, if the wrong delivery came by our being to blame for. In order to avoid errors, you submit please all orders in writing! With hardware accessories, which the customer wants to build into EDP systems, this must have the necessary know-how, what concerns both knowledge of the parts and correct installation. Individual parts, which work only in the special system environment of the customer reduced or not at all, cannot be reprimanded therefore as unsatisfactory, if before the order no written promise for the function in the system concerned were caught up. Accessories, which originate not from our delivery program of standard and were expressly ordered from the customer, are not taken back.  We do not take over adhesion for any damage (including direct or indirect personal injuries, damage from escaped profit, from operating interrupt, from loss of business information or other financial losses), which could not be derived from error free work from soft - or hardware products.  To all new goods a warranty of 24 months applies, if no longer period is indicated. We reserve ourselves in individual cases the right to an appropriate number of rework attempts with all cases of warranty. Here replaced parts change into our property.  Large requirements for compensation are impossible. Warranty and/or adhesion is not taken over for damage, which resulted from use of force, inappropriate treatment/installation, transport damages or from repair or change work of third.
6. Cancellation/return
With a cancellation the legal periods apply for the order. Return or conversion of software is impossible
7. Payment
Paypal, credit card, transfer on our bank account in Germany, Austria and Australia  
8. Data security
The customer agrees with the fact that its data are processed electronically and stored in the context of the contractual relation. The data are not passed on unauthorized on third. Expressly as unauthorized the transmission does not apply an enterprise assigned of customer data to of the company Floramo for the purpose of the conclusion of the contract and account. The customer it is pointed out that during the transmission of data in the InterNet for all participants after present state of the art it can be not completely excluded that unauthorized ones provide access to the conveyed data during the transmission procedure.
